Challenge
Before Notiondesk, SaltyCloud used Confluence + Jira, which created friction when it came to formatting, embedding media, and maintaining consistency across documentation. It was hard to manage formatting quirks, collaborate smoothly, and make updates visible in real time. The team needed a more intuitive, flexible, and affordable solution.
Solution
SaltyCloud chose Notiondesk to build a help center directly from the Notion workspace they were already using. Now, Laura (User Enablement Specialist) and her team write and edit content in Notion, and Notiondesk syncs it live to their public documentation site, no duplication, no extra platform overhead.

They especially appreciated the simplicity of syncing content and the ability to manage everything without switching tools. The switch from Confluence to Notiondesk also solved major pain points with formatting, references, and layout.
Impact
SaltyCloud simplified its documentation process and removed the friction of complex platforms. Now, articles are easier to write, sync, and publish without leaving Notion. The docs look cleaner and the team feels confident their help center is always up to date.
I'm really happy with Notiondesk. It makes our documentation easier to publish and manage. I use Notion daily to create help articles, and Notiondesk just pushes that content live without extra steps. The platform is straightforward, and whenever we've had a question or formatting issue, support has been responsive and quick to help.
